Dr Marta Brozynska.
I’m a Registered Migration Agent and I help people get visas to Australia.
I love assessing the individual circumstances of my clients and building tailored migration plans for them (always considering the current law and policies).

Sometimes there’s only one option available to you. Sometimes there are several ‘the best’ options. In that case, I propose and discuss the pros and cons to help you decide what the “best” option is for you with all the available information.
Your migration agent
When I agree to act as a migration agent for you, I also agree to act in your best interests. I appreciate that you rely on my knowledge and experience. During our professional relationship, I will make decisions, provide advice and exercise power that will affect your interests in a material way. In most cases I’m doing more than just agreeing to lodge a form for you, I’m ‘representing’ you in the true sense of that term. This is known as a fiduciary relationship.
Also, as a Registered Migration Agent, I’m bound by the Code of Conduct. It contains important information about your rights as a client and my obligations to you as your migration agent.
